• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays are shipped the next business day.
• ETA is 1-9 business days depending on the State. You can see accurate times at the checkout after entering your address.
• We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped only with USPS, and transit time may take longer.
• Yes, we offer an Express 2-day service and a Next-day service at the checkout. The price depends on the state. You can see accurate fees at the checkout.
• This service can not be requested or paid after the order is placed.

Our warehouse team always tries to ship your order as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. In that case, don't worry! Once you receive your package, you can request a return here.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it will take 4-7 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Shipping fees (both standard, or express) are non-refundable.
