General conditions
The following return policy only applies to a sales agreement between Agua Bendita and the Buyer, for purchases made through www.aguabendita.com . Items purchased in physical stores or external / third-party retailers, cannot be returned online. Items purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.
• Click Here to request a return up to 30 days after you receive the order.
• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging (Gift Toiletry Bag), unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags. Items with no tags or labels will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• All swimsuits or bikini bottoms with signs of use without the hygienic liner will not be accepted nor refunded.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 10-15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available.
• Agua Bendita reserves the right to accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
• If a returned item is not in good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a $13 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather rrefuse and not receive the item back to avoid this extra fee.
Return process for PUERTO RICO ( Not US ):
1. Fill out the return form here.
2. Mark the package with your name and order number, so we can identify it and properly refund you.
3. You have up to 15 calendar days to ship your return to the provided address at the end of the form. Thereafter, the return will not be accepted. The tracking number and carrier company used must be provided to the customer care team at customercare@aguabendita.com.co .
We recommend you return the product with a traceable carrier.
You are responsible for the package until it is delivered to Agua Bendita's facility. If the customer ships the return to the wrong address; the carrier loses the package; or there is no evidence of it being delivered to our warehouse; Agua Bendita cannot be held responsible.
4. Email us at customercare@aguabendita.com.co poviding your name, order number, carrier, and tracking number.
5. Get your refund 10-15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse. You will be automatically notified via email.
Return process for UNITED STATES:
2. Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped.
3. Choose each of the items you need to return and the reason.
4. Print the prepaid label we provide. Package and mail in your return.
5. Mail your return within the next 15 days. Otherwise, the label will be automatically disabled, your return request cancelled and it will not be accepted.
6. Get your refund in 10-15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse. You will be automatically notified via email.
NOTE: you will be deducted a $13.00 USD return-shipping-fee from your refund.
If you are not in Puerto Rico and decide to return the package on your own, please note that you are the sole responsible for the package until it is delivered to Agua Bendita's facility. If the customer ships the return to the wrong address; the carrier loses the package; or there is no evidence of it being delivered to our warehouse; Agua Bendita cannot be held reliable.
SEVERAL RETURN REQUESTS:
If the customer has several return requests, for example, new items that need to be returned after already placing the return request, or a return from a different order, the customer must:
1- Place all the return requests needed including all the items.
2- Contact the customer service team at care@aguabyaguabendita.com informing all the requests will be shipped in in the same package.
3- Use JUST ONE (1) return label to ship just one package with all the items.
This way, the customer will only be charged 1 return fee. Take into account that the return fee covers the transportation costs. If the customer chooses to ship several packages and then requests to be charged only one return fee, it will be denied, since all the transportation costs for the several packages were already applied.

• Unless something different is specifically indicated in the portal in relation to a product, All Agua Bendita's products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing.
• The customer has up to 15 calendar days after the order was delviered, to make the request if the item presents any applicable fabric defect without being used. Thereafter, the request will not be accepted.
• The customer has up to 90 calendar days after the order was delviered, to make the request if the item presents any applicable quality defect as a result of being used. Thereafter, the request will not be accepted.
• After 90 days, Agua Bendita may, but is not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge. However, a product replacement or refund will not be providad after 90 days.
• You may place the warranty request at customercare@aguabendita.com.co providing the following information:
- Name and last name.
- Order number.
- Pictures of the items showing the defect.
- What solution would you prefer: refund, an exchange (subject to availability), or store-credit.
Our customer care team will get back to you within 1 business day.
• Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of the same, after analyzing the property object of the claim, and will be given the answer within a term of fifteen (15) business days.
• You may request a warranty if the item presents any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:
1) Non-conformity in the stamping:
- Bad stamping.
- Moved or overlaid print.
- Stamping with voids.
- Print with spots.
2) Non-conformity in the confection:
- Broken or perforations.
- Loose seams.
- Collected seams.
- Elastic without adjustment.
- Elastic gathered.
- Measurements that do not fit the size.
- Threads busted.
- Defective snaps or zippers.
- Seamless seams.
3) Non-conformity on the fabric:
- Motes.
- Color migration.
- Solid fabric.
- Burst fibers.
For all other cases, and after determining the origin of the warranty service, it will be addressed through repair.
Agua Bendita reserves the right to replace the defective product or its component with a free-of-defects equivalent thereof, provided that such equivalent ensures functionality equal to or higher than the original product or component. The replaced defective product or components shall become the property of Agua Bendita.
The rights granted by this Warranty shall not include the right of the Warranty beneficiary to claim any lost profits in connection with defects of the product. Agua Bendita shall not be held responsible for any material losses caused by the defective product.
Warranty conditions
Items received by the customer as a replacement for quality issues have the exact same return policies described in the first section of this page. Final Sale are non-returnable. Original shipping costs, taxes and / or duties are non-refundable for returns. The customer will assume all the expenses incurred to return the item(s) to the AGUA by Agua Bendita facility. This includes transportation costs, taxes and / or duties. All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags. The return request must be placed within 15 days after the order is delivered. The customer has up to 15 calendar days to ship the package. Thereafter, the return will not be accepted. The tracking number and carrier company used must be provided to the customer care team at customercare@aguabendita.com.co .The customer is responsible for the package until it is delivered to AGUA by Agua Bendita's facility. If the customer ships the return to the wrong address; the carrier loses the package; or there is no evidence of it being delivered to our warehouse; AGUA by Agua Bendita cannot be held responsible. AGUA by Agua Bendita will not accept under any circumstances any return packages shipped as "payment on delivery". If the customer ships a return on its own, all costs must be paid by the customer. The product will be subjected to an inspection to verify compliance with the terms described in this policy. Please keep in mind that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. AGUA By Agua Bendita reserves the right to deny a refund if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. The refund will be issued within 15 days after the package has arrived at AGUA By Agua Bendita facility, and the customer will be notified once this happens.
Warranty exclusions
Damage occurred due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner are excluded from this warranty, in any of those cases at our discretion we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable, or we will notify you to inform you that we cannot be repaired it. Agua Bendita reserves the right to charge the Warranty beneficiary with the costs of service, transportation, insurance and customs clearance if the defect does not fall within the scope of this Warranty or the product has not been proven defective.
The warranty does not cover:
• Regular deterioration or parts of limited regular functionality due to natural wear and tear.
• Damages resulting from incorrect usage, or incorrect care, regarding the care specifications attached to the product, and on the product page on the website.
• Damages caused by third-party interventions or alterations, acts of nature such as floods, fires, other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, or other external factors.
• Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials.
• Damages due to the user's fault or lack of knowledge.
