RETURN POLICY

• You can request a return up to 30 days after you receive the order.
• All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• Currently, we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 10-15 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account in case the original payment method is no longer available.
• Items purchased in physical stores can't be returned online. Items purchased online can't be returned in physical stores.

PUERTO RICO

• Fill out a form to request a return.
• Mark the package with your name and order number.
• Ship your return within 30 days from the request. Shipping expenses are assumed by you.
• Email us providing your name, order number, carrier, and tracking number.
• Get your refund 4-7 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

UNITED STATES

• Request your return.
• Choose to return by mail.
• Get a pre-paid label.
• Print the label and package your return.
• Ship your return within 15 days.
• Get your refund 4-7 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

You will be deducted a $13.00 USD fee from your refund.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Returned items:Up to 10-15 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita.
•Warranty - Defective items: Up to 10-15 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita, when the customer requests a refund.
• Unavailable inventory: Up to 10-15 business days after the order was placed. The customer will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
•Cancelled orders: Up to 10-15 business days after the customer requested the cancellation. *Subject to the order's internal status.
•Incomplete order shipped: Up to 10-15 business days after the customer informed us about the issue, when the customer requests a refund.

Please note that, for return cases, shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.

All refunds require a previous contact with our customer care team by filling out the return form, or for all other cases, emailing us at customercare@aguabendita.com.co or sending a WhatsApp message to +57 314 627 7470. Our support team will indicate the steps to follow to give your money back. Please do not ship back anything without prior authorization.
