Deceptive sizing

I bought a tie-able crop top — it should theoretically fit anyone, as the band can be tied to whatever width needed. However, I can’t wear it because the cup size appears to be something like a AA. I am a size 2, so small or extra small tops always fit. I was not expecting for this top to have such ridiculously small cups that my boobs don’t fit in them. I feel like if I buy my traditional size in an adjustable top, it should fit.
